STUDENT AND CHILD USERS

PERMITTED USE

E-Class seeks to develop educational content aligned with the applicable curriculum, syllabus, textbook or educational framework stated for the relevant product.

However:

Curricula and textbooks may be revised by education authorities.
Chapter names, sequencing or learning requirements may change.
Different editions of textbooks may contain variations.
Certain supplementary features may vary by grade, subject, language or product.

E-Class may update, replace, modify or reorganise content from time to time to reflect curriculum changes, improve quality or enhance the learning experience.

Users should verify the applicable academic syllabus and official textbook requirements prescribed by the relevant education authority.

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE

Services provided to schools, educational institutions, companies, NGOs, government authorities, CSR partners or other organisations may be governed by separate:

Purchase orders
Work orders
Tender documents
Service-level agreements
Project agreements
Memoranda of understanding
Commercial contracts

If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a duly executed written agreement for an institutional project, the executed agreement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

GOVERNMENT & TENDER PROJECTS

Information on this Website relating to government projects, tenders, smart classrooms, ICT projects or institutional capabilities is provided for general informational purposes.

Eligibility, technical requirements, certifications, manufacturer authorisations, experience criteria and commercial conditions differ between tenders.

FAILED OR DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

If money is debited but an order or subscription is not confirmed, users should first verify the transaction status with their bank or payment provider.

Where E-Class receives a duplicate or excess payment, the matter will be reviewed and any amount determined to be refundable will be processed in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider procedures.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & REPLACEMENT

Cancellation, refund and replacement requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on this Website and by applicable law.
